Today Goosenation checks in with Midfielder Sid Looney(Westhampton N.Y./Westhampton) to see what his plans are for the summer. Sid finished last season with the third highest point total on the team with 43.
GN – What are your plans for the summer?
SL – Outside of work I plan on going to the beach and playing golf with friends, and guys from the team live close enough that we can get together. For example Sam and Luke Birnbaum are only an hour away so I will be seeing them a good amount.

SL – I work at the Westhampton Country Club where I am a caddy. I am also the assistant coach for the East End Elite lacrosse team.
GN – Any trips planned this summer?
SL – My family and I will go down to Delaware to see friends and relax for a week or two before school starts up again.
GN – Are you playing any summer lacrosse?
SL – I will be representing Gifted and Young in this years War at the Shore in New Jersey, but aside from that I will be shooting and playing wall ball for the most part.
GN – Where you’re from, what is the best part of your summer?
SL – Where I am from the best part of the summer is the opportunity to spend your days off in one of the best vacation spots on the east coast.
GN – What are you looking forward to most this fall?
SL – I am looking forward to getting back together with all the guys, getting to see the incoming freshmen class, and starting to prepare for next spring.
GN – What are you looking forward to most about next year?
SL – I am looking forward to the opportunity to defend a Centennial Conference Championship, to taking back the Charles B. Clark Cup in the War on the Shore, and competing for a National Championship.
GN – Thanks Sid, we will see you in the fall. Go Shoremen!
